Student Success Center (SSC) Trip to Binghamton University 09/26/23

The Student Success Center (SSC) led a day trip to Binghamton University on 09/26/23.

The student Youth Leaders organized and facilitated a day trip for forty (40) members of the Class of 2024 to visit the campus.

Students got to see Binghamton's beautiful 930-acre campus & learned about their 130 plus undergraduate majors & programs.

Students and staff also learned about Binghamton's various clubs / organizations, division 1 sports program & visited their residential community.

To end the day students enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Binghamton University in their Appalachian Dining Hall overlooking various mountains which surrounds the university.

Students and staff who attended also highlighted how nice it was to visit with several APRCHS Alumni who currently attend Binghamton University as part of the tour.

Trips like these are a huge part of the College Process at APRCHS as it exposes our students to the many opportunities available on schools with larger campuses outside the city.
