Just sharing some good news!
APRCHS just received its formal award notification for the SCA Greenhouse project.
The Manhattan Borough President has allocated $505,000 (see attached) to help us refurbish our existing rooftop greenhouse.
The finished space will allow our students to explore urban agriculture and will allow Alternative Assessment students to pursue CDOS credentials in house!
We have already engaged the SCA in several scope meetings and are looking forward to our kickoff meeting in September.
