Attention all boys interested in joining the soccer team:
Tryouts will begin on Monday, August 20, from 3-5 pm, at the public park ("the turf") on Amsterdam Ave. between 136th & 138th St.
Tryouts/practice will continue to be held Monday - Thursday at the same time and place until school begins again.
Please bring a signed and completed parental consent form and a stamped and completed physical examination form from a health care provider (see attached files) to give to me at tryouts. Also, please bring a pair of soccer cleats, sneakers to run in, and a soccer ball to tryouts.
